- Pre-arrival research and screening of housing based upon specific directives and Individual/family needs in response to completed needs assessment.
- Forward planed itinerary to employee
- Meet and greet the relocating individual/family at the airport, if required
- Information pack, including maps and community information
- Area tour to familiarise individual/family with housing options and work location
- Attendance at appointments with relocating individual/family.
- Information regarding leisure activities, local transportation, schools and shopping Areas and other community resources, to assist in the selection of housing
- Lease negotiations (rent, terms and conditions, etc)
- Set-up of utilities including gas, electricity, telephone, internet and cable
- Banking and insurance assistance
