Description:

  • Pre-arrival research and screening of housing based upon specific directives and Individual/family needs in response to completed needs assessment.
  • Forward planed itinerary to employee
  • Meet and greet the relocating individual/family at the airport, if required
  • Information pack, including maps and community information
  • Area tour to familiarise individual/family with housing options and work location
  • Attendance at appointments with relocating individual/family.
  • Information regarding leisure activities, local transportation, schools and shopping Areas and other community resources, to assist in the selection of housing
  • Lease negotiations (rent, terms and conditions, etc)
  • Set-up of utilities including gas, electricity, telephone, internet and cable
  • Banking and insurance assistance
